📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters.,Support the HR Manager in performance management and appraisals.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
