📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental and company goals.,Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring financial accountability and compliance.,Coordinate with other departments to align efforts and achieve common objectives.,Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Handle recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain high standards.,Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the department promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Understanding of HR policies and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
