📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and performing at their best.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Manage departmental budget, including expenses and revenue projections.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and guidance to employees.,Collaborate with other department heads and management to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
