📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.,Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Experience in building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
