📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Perform data entry and analysis using QuickBooks and Excel to ensure accurate financial records.
• Support the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports.
• Assist in the processing of payroll and ensuring timely payment to employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Participate in audits and reviews as needed to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
