📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and ensuring timely payments.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Monitor cash flow and budget adherence to ensure financial stability.,Provide training and support to junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
