📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients in our advanced ICU, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess and implement advanced life support measures, including mechanical ventilation and vasopressor therapy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Perform continuous physiological monitoring and interpret data to guide patient care.
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Certification as a Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using ICU monitoring equipment, such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
