📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives.Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or development role.Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Ability to travel as needed for training activities.🛠️ Keahlian
