This role is crucial to ensuring our delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their routes and schedules.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs, and coordinate with service providers as needed.,Track and manage vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Optimize routes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.,Communicate with the logistics team to ensure seamless coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Familiarity with route optimization tools and techniques.
