PT Mitra Bukit is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions that enhance employee performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a focus on creating engaging and effective training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design learning solutions that address these needs.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program design and delivery.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Moodle.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
