Rejeki Tono Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our food service operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to maintain cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the medical center's leadership to integrate dining services with overall facility operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a medical center setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure profitability.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote responsibilities.,Proficient in Indonesian and English languages.
