📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guides.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Adapt and update documentation to reflect product changes and improvements.,Assist in the development of user guides, tutorials, and other educational materials.,Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering technical questions.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve existing documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Familiarity with documentation management systems and version control.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
