📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and inventory.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
