📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their specific needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide recommendations for improving the learning and development processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
