📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of a diverse portfolio of properties in Bali.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor and manage the budget for building and facilities maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial compliance.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support the overall business objectives of Private Advertiser.
• Collaborate with other departments to address any issues or concerns related to building and facilities.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and facilities management, with a focus on residential or mixed-use properties.
• Proven experience in Bali's real estate sector, with a strong understanding of local regulations and market dynamics.
• Certification in Building Maintenance Management (BMM) or a similar relevant qualification.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
