Indonesia Furniture is looking for a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the efficient operation of our production line. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control.,Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules.,Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve production issues.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Proficient in English for remote communication.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
