📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that staff are properly trained and certified.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations and standards.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.,Ability to work well with a team and motivate staff.
