📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace culture.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing and benefits administration.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
