Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of pre-sales trainers, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle client interactions and technical demonstrations.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor training programs accordingly.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of pre-sales trainers, providing constructive feedback and recognizing achievements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology and education solutions, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.,Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.,Participate in sales meetings and client presentations as needed, to provide expert guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, business, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales, training, or sales-related role, with a focus on technology or education solutions.,Proven track record of success in leading and mentoring teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate clients and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the technology and education industries is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed to support training programs and client interactions.
