📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee and manage all aspects of quantity surveying for high-profile construction projects,Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and financial reports,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget,Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards,Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project stakeholders,Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards,Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors and project staff🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record in managing high-profile construction projects,Strong knowledge of construction costing, scheduling, and financial reporting,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels,Strong leadership and team management skills,Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali and Indonesia,Valid professional certification in quantity surveying is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
