Accor Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and product quality.,Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints.,Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure seamless integration between the restaurant and other hotel services.,Participate in regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in restaurant management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant and improving its performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.,Understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
