📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.,Conduct site audits and inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental and safety regulations.,Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel.,Maintain strong communication with project managers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
