📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.,Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure quality and safety standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols on the worksite.,Prepare and submit progress reports, inspection reports, and other documentation.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and ensure timely project completion.,Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.,Train and supervise construction workers to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.,Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site inspection for construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid certification as a Site Inspector of Works (IOW) or equivalent.,Experience with construction software and tools.,Proven track record of ensuring quality and safety in construction projects.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
