📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes across major infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BIM models into project workflows.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM execution plans and protocols.
• Conduct regular BIM reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and tools, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.
• Monitor project progress using 4D/5D simulations and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues in BIM models to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the BIM and construction industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a strong background in infrastructure and construction projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.
• Certification in BIM or related fields is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
