📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices.,Supervise the work of accounting staff and provide guidance and support as needed.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial reports to the relevant authorities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
