Data Privacy Officer (DPO) - Bali, Indonesia

IntouchCX is seeking a Data Privacy Officer (DPO) to join our team in Bali. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with global data protection regulations, including Indonesia's PDP Law and international standards like GDPR. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while making a significant impact on data privacy and security.

As the DPO, you'll be at the forefront of protecting customer data and ensuring that IntouchCX adheres to the highest standards of privacy. You'll work closely with various departments to implement and monitor privacy policies, conduct risk assessments, and provide guidance on data protection best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure compliance with Indonesia's PDP Law and international data protection regulations, including GDPR.
• Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures to protect customer information.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate privacy risks.
• Monitor and report on data protection activities to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on data privacy best practices.
• Collaborate with legal and IT teams to ensure that data protection measures are integrated into all business processes.
• Respond to data protection incidents and breaches, and work with relevant authorities to resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving data protection regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in data protection, such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPP/A, is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy and compliance, with a focus on regulations like GDPR and PDP Law.
• Strong understanding of data protection principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using data protection tools and software, such as OneTrust, TrustArc, or similar.
• Experience working in a multinational or diverse cultural environment is a bonus.
